- Summary:
Villa Bonita, built in 1992, renovated in 2019, and refined in 2023, is 2.5 km from the sea in the exclusive "La Medina" complex with a communal pool. The entrance leads to a master bedroom, a guest bedroom with an desk and pull-out guest bed 2x 0,90x 2,00 m, and a modern bathroom. A staircase leads to the living-dining area with an open kitchen. The southwest terrace offers shade, a barbecue, and mountain views. The garden is Mediterranean. A carport with a socket for hybrid cars completes the offer.
The Space:
Quality furnishings: insulated windows with mosquito screens and shutters, marble floors in the living and sleeping areas, new bathroom with large, barrier-free shower, gas fireplace, infrared heating in the bathroom, air conditioning hot/cold in the living room and both bedrooms, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, beautiful garden, outdoor awning, carport, utility room, satellite TV, DVD player, WIFI internet is included for you in the offer (25 MB download/10 MB Updoal speed), and much more. Bed 1.80 m x 1.90 m. Pull-out guest bed 2x 0,90x 2,00 m. New electric radiators in all rooms.
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
Very close to the city and sunny residential area in the well-known and popular residential complex Medina. The villa is facing south-west and overlooks the magnificent mountain panorama of Montgo. The distance into the city and to the sea amounts to approx. 1.5 km. In the immediate vicinity you will find two large supermarkets (Lidl and Consum) and a nice bar with good breakfast facilities. Denia has a new harbour with numerous gastronomic localities. Also 2 golf courses (La Sella and Oliva Nova) are only a few kilometres away.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. Pets are not allowed. A daily electricity consumption of 10kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
Optional services:
- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20€/person.
- x1 pool towel for 10 €/person.
-Special promotion 30 nights in May 1.500€.
-Special promotion 30 nights in September or June 1.800€.
In accordance with the current regulations on tourist rentals in the Valencian Community (updated in August 2024), this property can only be rented as a seasonal rental with a minimum stay of 11 nights.

For direct bookings: The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
After booking, you will receive a confirmation message to your E-Mail/Chat and within 10 minutes you will receive the contract to be signed by the credit card holder. The contract serves to comply with regional legislation, as well as to protect the guest, agency and owner, so it does not include anything that is not already specified in the advertisement. If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival. For bookings of less than 11 nights, all guests must complete an online check-in form, in compliance with regional regulations, which will be sent to you 14 days prior to arrival. Shortly before your arrival we will contact you by instant messaging to facilitate communication.
