Whether you want to rent it with your partner or family, the property's condition and location are ideal. The ground floor includes a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. From the living room, you can access a spacious terrace overlooking the pool, transformed into a beautiful glass-enclosed porch in December 2023\. The basement has a complete apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. BBQ and carport. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in. The Space: High-quality equipment with underfloor heating (gas), insulated glass windows with shutters, air conditioning, fireplace, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, granny flat, large, dry cellar, large pool, beautiful garden, various terraces, carport, central septic tank, and much more. Guest Access: We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around. The Neighborhood: Quiet sunny residential area close to the city in Sta. Lucia. The property is located in a dead end street. No through traffic. From the living room you have a beautiful view to the Montgo. Other Things to Note: Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The pool is spacious and we loved the outdoor shower. The house is luxurious and has everything we needed, the appartment downstairs with kitchen, coffee machine and bathroom was very convenient.
