Very pretty villa located approximately 4.9 km from the town center of Denia. It benefits from a beautiful view of the sea, a pretty private swimming pool, a beautiful glazed terrace with garden furniture and gas barbecue. It is a completely renovated and neat villa, it is perfect for holidays with family or friends. It's very good value for money.  
  
This pleasantly furnished house benefits from recent furniture and a modern equipped kitchen. The exterior offers you a beautiful plot planted with Mediterranean varieties, the large outdoor terrace serves as a solarium with its private swimming pool and offers you a superb view of the sea and the city.  
  
Areas and equipment: Living space of approximately 140 m². Total plot of approximately 800 m². Free wifi Internet connection. Air conditioning: in the living room. Washing machine.  
  
Inside: Living / dining room (with TV (German channels), opening onto the covered and glazed terrace. Open and equipped kitchen (with electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle , toaster and juicer). 2 double bedrooms (with a double bed in each and opening onto the glazed terrace - with French doors). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds pushed together). 1 bathroom (with WC ).1 shower room (with WC).  
  
Outside: Private swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters (with interior steps and exterior shower). Covered and glazed terrace (with a superb panorama of the landscape, garden furniture and a table and chairs). Outdoor terrace with lounge chairs and portable barbecue. Possibility of a parking space on the plot for 2 cars (the garage remains closed, private and unoccupied during rentals).  
  
Approximate distances: Marineta Casiana Beach 5.8 km. Denia city center 4.9 km. 1st El Carreter restaurant 5.2 km away. Supermarket 5 km. Alicante Airport 106 km.
