The trouble though is that there was literally no customer service nor hostel interaction. I arrived to find access to the place was locked and had received no instructions as to how to access my room. Staff at the bar next door (who may be linked to the hostel) accessed a key safe and gave me my keys but dread to think what would have happened had they not been there. On checking out- again there were no staff nor instructions as to what to do with the room keys and I assumed that I should leave them where they had been left but behind the door there was a place to deposit them. Good value, exceptionally clean. Linen and towels changed every day. The bar downstairs is cheap but good quality. Very welcoming any time of day, don't expect greasy fry-up.The bar is Spanish and the lady who runs it is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance to the castle, there is a large supermarket near by. Everything is within walking once you find your way through the narrow streets. I did visit in November when it is quiet but expect the hotel would be very lively and enjoyable in season. Ett gäng ungdomar på vår våning festade halva första natten, det lät som om de var inne hos oss. Vi påtalade problemet för hotelledningen, som skulle tala med ungdomarna. De två påföljande nätterna var bättre, men vi vaknade varje gång någon på våningen kom hem till sitt rum.
