In an idyllic frame, pavilion in small quiet residence with rare charm, raised park, big swimming pool, and beach has 100 meters.
Pavilion of full foot in a splendid and rare small residence (30 dwellings, 1 floor max), secured sported with big swimming pool and nice sported garden;
1 room with king size bed;
1 room with 2 single beds; A large covered veranda with direct access to the garden and swimming pool. We eat there all the time. Storage in each room. Secure private car park in front of the front door of the pavilion.
Denia offers a Mediterranean climate, with sun guaranteed in summer. The area offers the warmest sea water in Spain (27 to 29 in July and 29 to 32 in August)
Denia is a high place of Mediterranean gastronomy (Unesco heritage creative city of gastronomy in 2015)
Easy access from the airports of Valencia and Alicante.

Der Bungalow ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, die ganze Anlage gepflegt und ruhig und wie beschrieben sind es nur 2 min zum Strand. Die Kommunikation mit Gil lief perfekt, vielen Dank dafür. Wir werden nächstes Jahr gerne wiederkommen,

The bungalow is lovingly furnished, very clean, the whole area well maintained and quiet and as described there are only 2 minutes to go to the beach. The communication with Gil was perfect, thank you very much. We will be back next year,
