This was one of my favorite hotels to stay in as the staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure to take care of me and I really appreciate all of their hospitality and hard work. The location is close to everything and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and if ever in Hanoi.

This hotel was amazing. Extremely well located and staff were attentive and friendly. Outstanding service by Long and Jack at breakfast. Amazing attention to detail and breakfast was delicious.

Very good location with small walking distances to lake , shopping areas, restaurents, cathedral, ATMs
Only partial toiletries (no paste , brush, lotion etc) were provided in the bathroom . bathing gel and shampoo were not great quality. Linens, pillows and towels were good.
Bathroom was small , I suppose understandably as hotel is in somewhat congested old French quarters area.
Staff was super nice , courteous and helping.
BF was good with many options
