Newly remodeled bathroom and shower. Relax in the back patio and grill your dinner on your own gas grill. You also have your own Washer and Dryer. Villa was clean, very functional, no frills but it had what we needed. Owner Laura was quick to respond to our need of 2 beach towels. The refrigerator door needs to be switched so that it doesn’t open into the room- it makes it hard to access from the room. Also disappointed in the outside porch area- it was small, unattended to, the shade sail was down, and only half of the grill worked. But if you don’t plan to spend much time at the villa it will meet your needs. It was a quiet neighborhood and about a 5 min drive to the beach or downtown Delray ##### Carla R. It was advertised to sleep four people (we were only two), but there were only three seats at the table and three coffee mugs, etc. In a previous house we stayed in there was food and there were condiments left from previous renters and there was not one food item in this house. If we needed a dab of ketchup, we had to buy a bottle and leave it there since we were flying home. Why not leave it for the next renter?
