In the heart of Downtown Delray just 3 blocks from trendy Pineapple Grove, a short walk to Atlantic Ave for stylish boutiques, live music, world-renowned dining and beautiful beaches. Offering the best in indoor/outdoor living with a lap size heated salt-water pool, fire pit area with 6 chairs & an outdoor living space w/ TV, Sonos Sound System and lounging and dining area . Expansive downstairs master retreat with soaking tub and separate large shower area, large closets, gourmet kitchen, game room & upstairs loft space adjacent to two spacious bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. This amazingly well designed Mark Julien custom home boasts spacious accommodations comfortably for up to 8 guests. First floor features a Master bedroom retreat with his/her walk-in closets, large master bathroom, spacious guest bedroom, game room, well-equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, laundry room, powder room and family room with large sliding glass doors opening to outside living area. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located upstairs on either side of the loft area. Multiple flatscreen TV's and Sonos Sound System throughout the house and in outdoor living space. Spacious backyard oasis w/ high end outdoor furniture, fire pit, lap size pool and plenty of space for relaxation. A 2-car garage available to guests for secure parking and a charging station for electric vehicles. A fence may be put around the pool for families with toddlers, and a pack-n-play, high chair and other child friendly items are available at the home for your use. The home also comes with a street legal golf cart which can be rented by the week for $500\. There are 4 cruiser bikes at the house (bike helmets and bike lock) for complimentary use during your stay. VIP beach passes are provided offering 4 cushioned comfortable lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas and 2 side tables set up by Oceanside Beach Service every day of your stay - servicing Deerfield Beach to Jupiter Beach. So many great beaches to choose from during your stay in South Florida. The house is armed with outdoor security cameras and an alarm system. Ideally situated between other beautiful upscale homes of the same size and located on a lovely historic street in Downtown Delray. The home was very upscale, comfortable, and had everything that you need to have a great beach vacation. The bedrooms were so comfortable and the pool/hang-out area was really fun after the beach. We cooked several meals together and the kitchen had all of the best tools for making a fantastic dinner. The location was perfect for getting to Atlantic Ave for shopping or dinner. The golf cart was a fun addition to our vacation, easy to drive, and great for getting to town. Jodi was so helpful and accessible for anything that we needed!
