We even added an extra day, yet they wouldn’t allow an early check-in. On top of that, the front door lock wasn’t working properly, and despite reaching out, there was no response—forcing me to be late to an event.The space itself had several issues. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned (hair on the shower wall that wasn’t ours), and there were no extra trash bags or toilet paper if we ran out. The hard flooring throughout made it feel uncomfortable—adding a rug would help. Also, the lack of a TV in the bedroom was frustrating.If you’re traveling with dogs, be aware there’s very little grass around, and the gates don’t stay closed, which was another challenge. With all these issues, I expected much better for the price.
