When we entered our room, unfortunately it was too hot inside room, so i suggest A/C's should be switched on before hand someone checks in. Also A/C was not able to cool the rooms after 2-3 hours. On complaining to hotel reception, the attendant was courteous and humble enough to change our room. But unfortunately same problem with other room as well. Looked like A/C's were having trouble in most of the rooms. Finally around 8:30pm, staff was able to find a suitable room for us with proper cooling. Thanks for all the help to staff. Food that we ordered in night was average.
