Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Property is in a bad stinky neighborhood. the staff didn’t listen to my request to give me a rain check. I booked this hotel by mistake and then had to checkout in few hours without using the facility. The location is not good community or neighborhood as per locals
