Getting Around the Area & Easy Parking

The Étang Z' NeighborhoodAbricot area is easily accessible by car from Aimé Césaire Airport (about 15 to 20 minutes) and is quickly connected to downtown Fort-de-France via the RN5.

To explore Martinique, a car is highly recommended: it will give you complete freedom to reach the beaches, hiking trails, or villages in both the north and south.

Parking:
Parking is free and unlimited on the streets surrounding the residence. It’s usually easy to find a spot right near the entrance, even in the evening.

On foot, you can reach the Étang Z’Abricot marina in just a few minutes—with its restaurants and boats—for a stroll along the waterfront or dinner right by the water.

Good to know: Private water shuttles run from the marina to downtown Fort-de-France, offering a pleasant and quick alternative to avoid daytime traffic.

• Cleanliness: A final cleaning is included at the end of your stay, but we ask that you leave the premises in a reasonable condition: dishes washed, trash emptied, and personal belongings removed.

• Guests: Only travellers registered at the time of booking are permitted to stay on the premises. Unauthorised parties and gatherings are prohibited.

• Quiet & Area: As this is a family-friendly and peaceful residence, please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 8:00 p.m., both indoors and on the patio.

• Use of the Terrace: Outdoor furniture is available for your use. Please protect it from inclement weather and use it with care.

• No Smoking: The apartment is entirely non-smoking. However, you may smoke on the terrace, taking care not to leave any cigarette butts behind.

• Pets: Pets are not allowed unless specifically agreed upon in advance.
