Deer Lake

Older historic Radisson tower has an amazing view from the upper floors. The 360 restaurant is a fantastic inhouse spot for a quick drink or one of the fantastic burgers. Not too expensive! Also a perfect spot for photos of the bridge, park and Canal St. areas while rotating around the rooftop tower. Rooms are very adequate and comfy for your stay. Lots of areas of interest within walking distance of the hotel.

Delightful little place. Old historic building and the bar downstairs, with its local jazz was just cozy as can be. Highly recommend def. Oh, and the king bed in our room was shockingly comfortable.

The rooms themselves are very cute and nicely decorated. It was overall pretty clean, just some extra bugs in the fold out couch that my daughter had to sleep on. I was disappointed that the fold out couch itself was the width of a twin bed; so my son slept on the floor. I had indicated 4 guests. There were extra sheets and blankets provided, but only for the couch. Luckily, we had our own. The air also did not keep up; luckily its Duluth so as long as we kept our windows open there was a nice breeze for sleeping at night. Just the first night when we arrived it took quite a while to cool down. There was an issue with the check-in text I was supposed to receive- it didn't load correctly or something, so I had to call anyway. Overall I love the property and the whole set up; the location is unmatched; and the free parking included is a HUGE bonus for Canal Park. They obviously had a lot of extras to give it a personal touch, which we appreciate.
