"The manager Harry was especially helpful, polite, kind, and welcoming. We appreciate his professionalism. He clearly cares about the property and offering great customer service! The room was delightful and large. The queen beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was just right. We really enjoyed our stay here. The price was really fair considering it's the summer season. We will stay here each time we visit the Newport area. Thank you!"

"A coffee maker would have been nice, and air conditioning. The rom was very stuffy and only had two teeny tiny windows that didn't allow much air flow in. The beds were uncomfortable, and each side sloped toward the outside edge. If you wanted anything from housekeeping, you had to give 24 hour notice, if check-in isn't until 4 and you have to check out by 11 and are only staying one night, then I guess you're screwed. The skin bowl was cracked and no glasses or cups for water. They had hot...

"The staff was helpful while getting everyone checked in on a busy holiday weekend. We didn't use the laundry, but the area looked clean. Our room was clean and ready for us to enjoy the weekend!! There are shops and restaurants nearby"

"Clean and inviting"

"There parking is a mess. If you leave you may have to park two blocks away. Hard on handicap people. I ordered a room with a hot tub didn't get that. Expedia messed that up I will never use Expedia again. To go anywhere you had to climb stairs or walk a block to an elevator, which made handling suit case's a nightmare. I won't be back. And I won't us expedia again. I don't like leaving a poor review.but this was a nightmare for us."
