Quality cooking utensils and a surprisingly well stocked spices. Lots of towels as well for shower and beach use. Feels recently renovated and it looks great-- feels like the owners also genuinely use the space, not just a soulless bed and breakfast with throwaway supplies. It is steps away from the beach and comes with lots of watersports stuff. It is a very QUIET neighborhood at night, great for families and older couples. Don't expect party town. We were so pleasantly surprised with this last minute booking. Not only was the house updated and clean, you could tell that the owner placed a lot of thought into the layout; we had no problem fitting our multigenerational family in this space, whether it was hanging out in the bonus room, eating at the kitchen island or hanging out on the patio. Best kept secret: access to Lake Huron just steps away (about 4 houses down) to a private non busy beach. Water was clear and my kids (6 and under) had a blast. Overall 5/5 would stay here again. Patrick's place was fully equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax, and a lovely outdoor patio area. The beach was just a few houses down the road and just a few steps down to the beach. Very clean and comfortable and Patrick responded very quickly anytime I needed to reach him.
