Tucked away on a quiet road in Deal, just 100 yards from the seafront and minutes from the championship Cinque Ports Golf Course, Wisteria Cottage is a beautifully presented coastal escape that's perfect for couples or a small family. With its bright interiors, sociable layout and charming courtyard garden, this lovely cottage offers the perfect base for a seaside holiday all year round. Step inside and you will find a welcoming open plan living space, thoughtfully designed for easy, relaxed holiday living. The sitting room is cosy and inviting, with a comfy sofa, armchairs and a wood burner which is lovely in the cooler months. To the rear, full-width bi-fold doors open to the garden, flooding the kitchen with natural light. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area make holiday cooking simple, whether you're preparing a relaxed breakfast before a beach walk or gathering around the table for supper after a day exploring the coast. Upstairs are two beautifully dressed bedrooms; a king size room with high quality linen and calming tones, and a charming twin room. The layout works perfectly for couples travelling together or a small family looking for a conveniently located space for a seaside holiday. Outside, the private garden offers a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening drink as the sun goes down. There's a useful back gate for easy access to the beach, or to bring bikes in. Wisteria Cottage is ideally located to enjoy the best of Deal. The long pebble beach is just around the corner, along with the iconic pier and vibrant town centre, filled with independent shops, galleries, and excellent places to eat. Keen golfers will love being close to one of the country’s top links courses, and for history lovers, Deal, Walmer Castle and Dover Castles are all nearby. You are also perfectly placed for coastal walks, days out in Sandwich or St Margaret’s Bay. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend escape or a longer stay in Deal, Wisteria Cottage is a relaxing, stylish base to enjoy all that this special part of Kent has to offer.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be applied.  
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.  
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside or outside the property at any time. No charging of e-cigarettes or e-scooters for fire safety reasons.  
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.  
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.  
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.  
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
