It was perfect for our group of 5 long standing friends. We have done annual trips away for many years now & we all agreed that this was the best house that we have stayed in. We were a party of 3 generations and having bedrooms on each of the 3 floors gave a good degree of private time. We had the lower ground floor bedroom which was beautifully cool in the scorching weather. There is everything you could possibly need at the property and it is all in very good order. The free off street parking is several minutes’ walk away but we visited in peak season and both of our cars found a spot every day - and dropping off luggage etc was straightforward. A very reassuring aspect of our visit was the excellent communication and kindness of Pen and Neil. ##### Julia L. The Warren is a beautiful Georgian house close to the centre of Deal. It made a perfect base to explore this lovely town. The hosts were very helpful before our arrival, suggesting some lovely restaurants and places to visit. The house is nicely decorated with some quirky touches and the place was extremely clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The small garden makes a lovely place to have breakfast, or an evening meal, when it is warm. Being in the old centre of Deal, parking can be tricky. We had to park quite a way from the property. All in all, we had a very enjoyable week and would be very happy to return to the Warren. ##### Michael P. The streets of Deal are really clean and the houses quaint. Its so much more than we expected. The house itself is in a perfect position and we always managed to get a park nearby where its its free.
