-Five bedrooms (three doubles and two singles)
- A bright and welcoming living room with a 48” Amazon Fire UHD TV (including Disney+, Paramount+, and Discovery+) and a wood burner
- 1.5 bathrooms, with a luxurious freestanding bath, separate shower, and underfloor heating for added comfort
- A brand-new, open-plan kitchen/diner with underfloor heating, opening out to a private, east-facing courtyard – a lovely suntrap for your morning coffee or evening drinks

The entire house is yours to enjoy during your stay, making it a perfect retreat for families, friends, or anyone looking for a relaxing break by the sea.

The Warren is ideally located to explore everything Deal has to offer. The Ship Inn pub is just 30 seconds away, and you’ll find a fantastic selection of pubs, bars, and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. Don’t miss a visit to the Deal Pier Café for great food and even better sea views.

For those who enjoy the outdoors, the seafront offers plenty of options for walking, jogging, or cycling, with breathtaking coastal scenery that stretches for miles. - If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
