Ideally located in the heart of the historic conservation area of Deal, the cottage is a short stroll to both the long beach, pier and promenade and the high street with its variety of boutique shops and cafes. The cottage has been lovingly restored by the owners to create a stylish and comfortable holiday home. The cosy sitting room has a comfy sofa and armchair, a Smart TV and wood burner. The pretty bay window creates a window seat and dining area, and the open plan kitchen is perfect for sociable meal preparation. Outside is a cute courtyard to relax in with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, after enjoying a lovely day in this popular and vibrant coastal town. House Rules We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit. Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests. Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time. Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house. For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property. Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Parties and loud music are not permitted. Alles, was in der Küche benötigt wurde war vorhanden. Die Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung haben wir allerdings vermisst.Positiv hervorheben möchten wir, die jeweils schnelle Antwort auf Fragen und die sofortige Hilfe bei dem Warm- Wasser - Problem. ##### Inike A.
