Beautiful hotel, great location and great food. Staff were incredibly helpful, but special mention to Eleanor in guest relations and reception staff, for making it extra special. I have a 2 year old son, that also loved the hotel. There was plenty of choice of food for him and the baby pool was perfect for his size. The hotel was a few minutes walk to the centre of Olu Deniz. Would recommend the hotel!

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL IN 2026 This is NOT a 5 star hotel - it is a mediocre 3 star at best. The shower was disgusting - filthy and covered in mould the water slide was not operating and frankly did not look well maintained or even safe the food was dull and mediocre the whole site looked in need of major refurb and decoration never did find the gardens that we expected the staff were inexperienced , poorly trained and some could not speak Turkish let alone English - some examples of downright rudeness But give them a chance next year. Ibrahim who is excellent has just been appointed and his team are due to arrive soon from London, supported by an investment budget they should have a chance to turn this into a decent 4 star by next summer
