Two bedrooms, two baths. Sleeps 6. The queen sofa bed in the living room is available for an additional charge. Ceiling fans in living room, both bedrooms and kitchen. Private wireless internet. The living room features glorious views of the beach through wide sliding doors on two sides. Drink in the amazing view from the sofa or the double recliner. The large, flat-screen Smart TV is equipped with a full range of HD channels through Roku. (Access local channels via the Spectrum app.) A DVR, DVD and VCR players, as well as a collection of DVDs and VCR tapes, are available for viewing in the master bedroom TV to get you through an afternoon shower.

A wrap-around porch is the perfect place to watch the sun rise with your morning coffee or just the spot for lunch to take in those rhythmic ocean waves. Check out the Kennedy Space Center launch schedule to catch an unforgettable sight right from your balcony. The dining table can accommodate up to 8, with room at the bar for 3 more. (2 additional chairs are in the 2nd bedroom closet.) A nearby buffet and book cases are filled with games, cards, puzzles and books for fun, family evenings. A tide clock near the dining table will help you know when you'll have maximum beach. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are available, just waiting for you.

The kitchen is fully equipped with those beach-drink necessities: blender, wine and margarita glasses, as well as a coffeemaker, toaster, mixer, a full range of pots and pans, and sea-side serving dishes. In addition to the stacked full-size washer and dryer, this condo has lots of storage with an entry hall closet and roomy bedroom closets.

In addition to a wonderful oceanfront view, the master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, DVR to record your favorite shows while you're on the beach, DVD/VCR player and a desk for your computer work or writing. A wireless printer is also available in the closet, should you have to catch up on a little business. Just outside the en-suite master bath is a cabinet with cookbooks, in case you need a beach-y appetizer or want to cook that fish you caught one morning.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, a set of bunk beds and a flat-screen TV – perfect for another couple or kids. On the closet shelf is a bin of toys and Legos, to help keep the little ones quiet in the morning, so you can sleep in. Find a shell on the beach and want to know its name? A shadowbox of shells collected here is on the entry hall wall.

For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are provided in the condo, along with a starter kit of essentials: Laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, packaged kitchen sponge, trash bags, and hand soap. These items are provided in a limited quantity to get you started on your Vacay. We do not replenish or restock starter kit items after the quantity provided has been used.
