Very busy in the day time. Lots of traffic. Side streets are narrow with lots of pot holes.
While Barrio El Carmen might not have many sights to explore, venturing just a little farther will lead you to top things to see and do like Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra Park and Parque Recreativo Omar Torrijos Herrera.

Traffic is basically go with the flow. People don’t always follow stop signs. Didn’t notice many street names. Motorcycles weave in and out of traffic so be careful. Speed limit seems to be go with the flow as well. But we saw police doing radar also
Went to immigration to check on retirement in panama and was told I had to cover my upper legs and shoulders to ask any questions
