« Expedia was NOT caring, helpful and wasn’t willing to reschedule our room & wanted to give me a penalty of $145. for something that was out of our control. Our concert had got canceled that morning due to wildfires in Spokane and the air quality. I feel like all they cared about, was money and not the safety of their customers or the community who lost their homes.😢 Sad day especially when I wasn’t even asking for a refund just a reschedule! »

« I highly recommend this hotel. The location is great, just four miles from Eastern Washington University and other important spots in Cheney. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and gave excellent customer service.
The only small downside was that there was no coffee maker in the rooms. I’ve never stayed at a hotel without one before. When I asked, the front desk offered to bring one to my room. Otherwise, you need to go to the dining area for coffee. It’s available around the clock and...
