"The hotel is more than just a Hostel I would rather call it a botique hotel located in the heart of the old and renovated part of Datongnan. Employees are very kind and provide the best of hospitality. Rooms are clean and bathroom in excellent condition. It is located in area where no cars are allowed so very quiet,yet the taxi can drop you at less then 3 min walk. Breakfast is a bit short especially for foreign guest . "Dirty rooms and hallways. Beds have been used before and sheets not changed. You walk down the hallways and the doors to the bedrooms are wide open with hords of men hanging out and smoking. I really think this is a rent by the hour kind of hotel. There is a spa downstairs for 25 yuan which is separate from the hotel. That part is clean and delightful. You can just pay for that, shower and be on your way. Not worth spending the night in Datong. It is an industrial city."
