It was just two old friends staying there for a local reunion. The house was great. Can't say much about the location because we weren't there as tourists. Very quiet.
This home was perfectly laid out for us and two teenagers. The large windows in the living area provided natural light and a beautiful view of the trees and creek. Fully furnished, we cooked most of our meals and had everything we needed to do so. Great communication with the host. 10/10 would stay here again and would recommend. The host also provided us with great places to eat and check out, we were not disappointed. This home is located close to so many things to do, the coast, shopping, historical places and many more! Huge thumbs up!
Just like photos. Would stay again with a few adjustments. The washer broke and we were having to glue the door together. Faith was quick in ordering part but it never arrived. There needs to be a better assortment of cooking utensils as what was there is minimal at best. Baking and cooking sheets need to be added . We were there for 10’days and were making what was provided work. The deck steps needs some repair as it is a safety issue but faith said she would address it. All in all a good stay. When these things are addressed anyone should love their extended
Stay.
Nice quiet home on a dead end street. Fabulous view from the living room. My husband liked the coffee provided. No creamer or sugar was provided. No tea kettle for making tea, but there was a coffee maker. The house was comfortable. The bedding provided was difficult to find and not adequate to the beds provided. There were a few other things needing attention. No plug in the bathtub and a kinked hose in the master bath making showering uncomfortable. Plenty of towels. Many were brand new with tags still on. Towels were white with black face cloths available for those who wear makeup. The iron worked well as did the ironing board. Bring your own bedding if you prefer cotton or linen bedding. The bedding was microfiber polyester which is not comfortable in hot humid climates. More attention could be paid to details. I used a pan to boil water for tea and it was not clean, dried food still stuck on. Soap, conditioner and body wash was provided but no dish soap. Bring your own laundry detergent if you plan on doing laundry during your stay. If you plan on cooking, bring your own knives. The owner was pleasant and very quick to respond to questions and promised to talk to her cleaning staff about paying closer attention. I would stay there again if I needed a house in Daphne in the future. The price was reasonable.
The house was very clean. The host was amazing and communicated every step of the way! I highly recommend this houses and there were ample games to play!
Great house we loved staying in during a youth baseball tournament at the nearby Daphne Sportsplex. Convenient to the park and lots of different restaurants. Faith was wonderful and replied quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend!
Great location and we enjoyed our stay. We were approx. 3 minutes from the Daphne Civic Center and a short drive to several restaurants and the bay. All expected amenities were provided and the host was very friendly and responsive.
Very nice house. And pretty view from the living room windows of the creek. Very close to the Daphne sports complex which was convenient for us for our baseball tournament.

Liked: Communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Property presented clean to the eye but we had issues with cockroaches and dirty floors. Deck on the back of house was a major safety issue. Separated from anchors railing broken and actually fell 5-6 inches while on it.
Top Quality Property in close proximity to Fairhope, Mobile. Eating out in local area was superb. We really recommend this house for anyone wanting to explore Fairhope and the local area.
