One front desk enployee VERY RUDE she was talking to someone with me. Standing there. The woman then left
I stood at the desk 5 minutes or so to ask a question. She was at the computer the whole time and flatly. Ignored me. Until I asked the the question then she finally looked up. Happened twice
Overall, a very nice hotel. Would highly recommended.
