It was clean and quiet, well stocked, with comfortable beds and beautiful furniture. It appears to be a well-done remodel of an older home, which we loved. It was nice to be away from the crowds and also close enough to the lake and to Sevierville activities that everything still seemed convenient. We recommend this stay! ##### Erin G. And the host we especially nice and very helpful My husband and I rented this place and we didn’t want in the thick of things with traffic and all in the Sevierville area. This house is less than 30 mins from there and very easy to get to without the mountain roads. Baxter Farmhouse is exactly how it’s described and the pictures don’t do it justice. We were able to sit on the deck in the morning and just enjoy the peace and quiet and relax. I highly recommend this house for those wanting a quiet place to relax but close enough to all the attractions. ##### Lois M.
