The spacious property is located right next to a nature reserve and offers complete tranquility: there are no immediate neighbors to the right, left, or behind the house. Instead, you’ll enjoy pure nature—with a little luck, you might spot hares, pheasants, or squirrels right from your window or the patio.

A special highlight is the view: From the upper window, you can see the sea when the weather is nice. Right in front of the house is a water ski facility where you can relax and watch the action on the water—a true vacation feeling.
