Premier Residence at the heart of Dakar
3-room apartment located in Fann residence, with 2 large bedrooms, each with its own toilet and bathroom, as well as a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchen. You will have high speed WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. The residence is secured with a 24/7 guard.
Housekeeping is available once a week, Saturday by default or the day of your choice.
Intensive Cleaning + Disinfection -> 3 days before arrival and 3 days following the departure of the clientele.

This was really a great, central location for exploring Dakar. The property itself was perfect! Comfortable, air conditioned, fully equipped, and safe. It was ideally located within walking distance of a grocery store, a shopping mall, and right near the main strip where taxis can be found at any time of day. Ann Marie was helpful and the property managers were communicative. They were flexible as well, allowing us to stay an extra night (for a few, obviously) when we requested. I could not have asked for a better place!

Appartement agréable, emplacement calme et sécurisé
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui dispose de toutes les commodités : spacieux et bien équipé. Elodie la gérante est avenante, réactive et aux petits soins, de même que les gardiens et l'agent d'entretien. Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition de petits produits du quotidien allant jusqu'au gel hydroalcoolique.
Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu. Vous ne serez pas déçus

Wonderful Apartment in Upscale Neighborhood
This is a fantastic apartment, in one of the best neighborhoods in Dakar. It is located directly across from several embassies, which makes the area feel very secure. The apartment itself is very spacious, sparkling clean and tastefully furnished. Excellent communication with the property managers and the cleaning crew. It is exactly as described with A/C, hot water, excellent WiFi and a fully-equipped kitchen. My kids loved the smart TV and being able to watch Netflix, like at home. I greatly recommend this place, if you're looking for a safe and comfortable apartment in Dakar.
