Swimming in the on-site pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.30 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (please bring your own paddles), show off your precision at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: Park your vehicle in the building’s underground garage (max. 185 cm clearance)
and easily reach your apartment by elevator.

On floors 1 through 4, there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers for shared use.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation! This is a non-smoking apartment.

Additional amenities:
You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer (for a fee) on each of floors 1–4. The accommodation includes one parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).

IMPORTANT - Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
