Waited for a good 15 mins before we saw her coming out of the bathroom! Left our bags behind the reception as it was too early to check in. When we checked into the hotel that evening, the room was so dirty and dusty that we requested for a change of room. Luckily the nice night shift staff, Ms Kim was so accommodating and kind and changed us to a much nicer and cleaner room. Thanks Ms Kim. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and softness of the bed. The amenities were really nice as well. The staff helped me with all of my questions and gave suggestions, when asked. I extended my stay at this hotel because it was really nice. The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing to brag about, but you do get a variety of food choices.
