This is our second time staying there and we simply needed a safe place to sleep. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I appreciate that it was warm when we arrived. My primary complaint about this hotel is the limited staffing hours and late check-in time. The location is convenient to a friend's home, so it's a good fit for us. We spend most of our time out during the day and simply go there to sleep in the evenings. The lobby is simple and basic. The receptionist was not helpful and could not speak English. The location is not close to shopping... some restaurants close by and a convenience store. The room is clean and spacious. Bedding clean. Beds are not comfortable. The room is hot as the AC could not be turned on during the cold weather. Turning off the heater and opening the window helped very little. Portable fans were not available. Only hand towels are available for bathing/showering. Wet room was space with bidet toilet - uneven flooring caused an almost injury. Vanity and sink on the outside of the wet room. No toiletries provided - for 1000Kwon you can receive a small containers of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tooth pick, tooth paste, etc. TV worked part of the time. They only provide small towels, which wasn’t a major problem, but would be nice to have a regular sized towels as well. Super polite staff. Location is a bit away from the main shopping area, but it’s close to a metro station with frequent trains.
