For every 500peso, the store only said that it would contact the agency. I had to obey. I would then contact Experdia by email. Booking air-conditioned rooms does not include air-conditioning. Extra charges are required. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. It was our second trip there and became our most preferred hotel so far. The following remarks are not for the main season. The hotel rooms are right above the ocean with roomy balconys and undisturbed views over the ocean - for our family the biggest plus. The staff is extremely nice - starting with Sonja (the hotel manager) and the girls. They are always very nice and try to help with a request from a guest. It is also very quiet and relaxed. Our family loved also breakfast there. The staff made us to feel like home. We really hope to be able to come back there again. Like I said before - our preferred travel spot of all our travels. The staff are all wonderful and work hard to make your stay pleasant. When we were leaving, they helped us book a ride from the port to Cebu. If I ever go back, I will definitely stay at this hotel. ##### Kurt Stayed 2 nights in Dec 2017 ### 8/10 Good #### Momotaro, 日本 Nov 6, 2017 Liked: Staff & service, room comfort #### 海をずっと見ていたい人にはおすすめです ホテルからきれいな海が見えます。ずっと海を見ていたい人はここはいいホテルになると思います。料金の安い部屋はエアコンはなく扇風機です。網戸はありません。シャワーは温度も上がり水量もあります。ただトイレとの間に仕切りやカーテンがありません。タブはありません。セーフティボックスはありません。冷蔵庫はありまねん。WiFiはつながりますが、遅いことがあります。ホテル自体は静かですが、波打の音が聞こえます。ただ金曜日の夜にホテルからかなり離れた所で大音響の音楽をかけている所があり、夜よく眠れませんでした。何と午前2時30分までこの大音響の音楽は続きました。ベランダがあり、ベランダに椅子が用意されています。ベランダには洗濯物を干すことができるようにひもをかけてあります。大きいバケツも準備されています。原則として部屋の掃除は毎日はないようです。プリントアウトは無料でしてくれました。朝食はオーダー方式です。マラバスクア島は西欧人が多いと思いますが、このホテルも西欧人の宿泊客が多いです。船の中にいる時から海に突き出した青いホテルが見えるので、このホテルはすぐにわかります。船の着く浜からホテルまで比較的近いです。ただ通る所が砂のため、キャリーバッグを転がしにくく、私は手で持って行きました。キャリーバッグが重い場合は困ると思います。テレビはありません。コンセントは部屋には一つだけで、壁から少しはずれていました。ベランダにコンセントが一つあります。一番困ったのは照明です。非常に暗いです。ただ天井に照明らしきものがもう一つあります。スイッチを入れてつかなかったので、単なる飾りと思ってしまったのですが、電球を入れ替える等するとついたのかもしません。ホテルに確かめるべきだったと後で思いました。 ##### Momotaro Stayed 4 nights in Oct 2017 ### 8/10 Good #### pawel, München Oct 13, 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities #### Schönes Hotel in guter Lage Zimmer mit Meeresblick, sehr nette Bedienung, großes Zimmer, Frühstück in Ordnung.
