Room smelled funny and it was stains on bed sheets when i asked to new sheets the attendant was hesitant then told me i had to bring the old ones back before i can get new ones

Beverly at front desk was super nice! The elevator was out which was not ideal. Our room key did not work but someone came to fix quickly. There was a musty odor but a little febreeze helped.

Nice hotel but I don’t understand why handicap room don’t have higher than standard toilets. Most people with a disability can’t get off of a standard one.
