The rooms were clean, nice staff, breakfast was good, there was a school that made noise in the mornings, but in general was good. I recommend the hotel.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were nice, the breakfast was fine, the only problem was in the shower, the water came out and wet the floor in the bathroom, that issue was not fixed it. Also there was a school that made noise in the mornings, besides that, was good. I recommend the hotel.

Convenient location a short walk from the square. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was super clean, quiet, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was simple but good. Grocery store is a couple blocks down the street, and smaller shops and restaurants are nearby.

Very kind staff. We had planned to stay here on our way back from our Inca Trail journey, but the one draw back the noise and lights. The light in the hall turned on any time someone walked by and the room had a window above the door. This made it hard to sleep as the lights kept turning on and off. There was also a lot of noise in the hallway from other guests. The property was great, but couldn’t sleep because of the noise and lights.

This is a small hotel. The stuff is very nice and helpful. Heaters in the rooms are very yseful! There is also a heater in the breakfast room which we discovered too Late 😃. The property is clean and breakfast is fine. Our struggle was with wifi. Basically absent in the rooms and still slow and unstable downstairs. The hot shower was good only on 4th floor but on and off on lower levels. Overall, if they fix wifi would stay again.

Si, buen servicio, el desayuno era basico pero surtido y fresco, el personal super atento y muy agradable. La ubicación excelente muy centrico, tanto para la plaza principal en el centro de Cusco como para llegar al aeropuerto.
