Roberto, the person in-charge (manager) is a responsible, helpful, kind and friendly person. He is very welcoming, making sure the guests are getting what the best value for their money. A great budget-friendly place to stay at a very reasonable price. Strongly recommended !

I arrived at the hotel and no one was at the hotel when I went to check in during regular hours. I rang the bell and then waited outside on the street for 25 minutes as the door was locked. They knew what time I was arriving. Another guest let me in and I called the hotel contact number and finally someone came down to give me the room key. There was no staff or management at the hotel when I was there. The room was freezing cold, there is no heat. The hotel is in a somewhat dreary industrial area and not near any tourist attractions.

O atendimento é ótimo, mas as vezes ele não está disponível, demoramos uns 15 minutos para deixarem a gente entrar na propriedade. O quarto estava bem sujo, mas em áreas não vistas, como embaixo da cama. Eles desligam água quente de madrugada e o chuveiro é péssimo para quem tem mais de 1,75.

Hospedagem razoável

Bem localizado, porém de difícil localização para taxistas pois a placa com o nome é pequena e por ser uma porta com corredor não é fácil perceber que se trata de um hotel. Ao reservar no hoteis.com constava o café da manhã, porém o comprovante por email enviado pelo hoteis.com não havia a informação. Logo o hotel cobrou à parte o café da manhã. Água do chuveiro demorava a esquentar e, por vezes, não esquentava totalmente, dificultando o banho por se tratar de região fria com média de zero grau pela manhã. Café da manhã simples, atendimento dos funcionários cortês. Falta o cuidado de arrumação da recepção e arredores, fato que poderia representar uma melhor experiência dos viajantes.

No debería incluirse incluirse hoteles de calidad a través de internet, mal servicio, malas condiciones higiénicas, poco accesible. ademas por cancelar la reserva se me cobro un perjuicio de 15 dólares osea que tuve que pagar por un sitio en malas condiciones e irme a buscar otro. no debe tratarse de esa manera a un turista.

Cheap and quiet introduction to Cusco.

I was very pleased to see an 11am check-in. Even more pleased that they let me check-in at 7am after a long trek from Canada. The room was pretty clean and cozy but I was curious what the really musky smell was... when I opened the bathroom, it was clear it was something in there. I eventually realized it was black mold all around the ceiling with an attempt to paint over it. I was there for one night and wasn't about to complain for the price. Not to mention their English was as good as my Spanish...

Buena atención, staff amable.

Hotel céntrico, cerca a la plaza de armas, a unas 4 cuadras aprox, camas cómodas y si cuenta con servicio de agua caliente y televisión con cable. Lo mas destacable es la amabilidad del personal de recepción, siempre fueron super atentos y prestos a dar un buen servicio. Los hicieron sentir muy cómodos.
