Equipe mal preparada e mau humorada no atendimento. Entendo que cheguei tarde da noite mas avisei que meu check inn seria tarde, mas não justifica a leniência. A fechadura do quarto está estragada, com funcionamekto ruim o que demandou retornar a recepção e aguardar a boa vontade do atendente em arrumar/trocar a chave para ir ao quarto. A porta nitidamente sofreu um arrombamento e não foi consertada a contento, tanto que a trava da porta estava quebrada e pelo lado de dentro observamos que o mecanismo estava torto. Isto diminuiu a segurança .

Não teve estacionamento do próprio hotel, tem que ser pago fora a parte e em outro local, alguns metros de distância do hotel. Falaram que estava interditado, porém tinha carro estacionado lá e também falaram que é pago fora a parte da diária, R$ 35,00\. Recepcionista nada receptivo, de novo!

Não teve estacionamento do próprio hotel, tem que ser pago fora a parte e em outro local, alguns metros de distância do hotel. Falaram que estava interditado, porém tinha carro estacionado lá e também falaram que é pago fora a parte da diária, R$ 35,00\. Recepcionista não receptivo, quarto estava só mofo, não senti segurança com a porta, estava um pouco quebrada. Central de ar não gelava, a sorte é que não estava muito calor

Tudo certo! Semente paredes e piso manchados mas como queria apenas um quarto para dormir, foi tranquilo, questao de estacionamento nao consegui vaga porem fui em um indicado pelos mesmos a mais ou menos uns 100 metros do jhotel tambem foi tranquilo

Hotel sujo, toalhas fedidas mesmo quando solicitado novas, paredes com mofo e estacionamento com alto preço e fora do estabelecimento.

O estacionamento fica distante do hotel. A pia estava entupida, o chuveiro só tinha água muito quente, pois a torneira estava estragada, tornando impossível "misturar " a água; a geladeira estava desligada e, não nos avisaram , no dia seguinte as águas estavam "quentes" e as frutas estragadas. O café é razoável, poucas frutas

O quarto é bom, assim como o hotel; muito bem localizado. Infelizmente, encontrei cabelo preso em diferentes partes do quarto (como abajures e gavetas), o aquecimento do chuveiro não funcionou pela manhã e a pia do banheiro entupiu (com sorte, consegui desentupi-la).

Hotel com cheiro de mofo. Quarto com as paredes sujas. Cortina não cobre a janela toda, entrando claridade logo cedo. Chuveiro molha o banheiro todo porque está quebrado. Cama com colchão fino. Café da manha igual todos os dias
