Terrific room. they upgraded us as soon as we arrived out of the blue. Location is perfect. Parking: don't overthink it. there is one parking garage South of the city and one North. just park at the Porta de Catania parking garage and walk the six minutes to this hotel.

Very well located in Taormina with a beautiful panoramic view of Mount Etna.

Staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly, The room was beautiful, the pool lovely. Unfortunately, the water was shut off for all of our last night (no warning) . Still no water in the morning - no shower- no face wash. Staff said it was the city. I think they should have adjusted our bill to somehow compensate for this major inconvenience.

Their attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help with anything we needed made a real difference in our stay. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and thoughtful staff, and they truly represent the high standard of hospitality at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it hard to leave. Every part of our visit felt well thought out and seamless. We are very grateful for the wonderful memories and highly recommend Mazzarò Sea Palace to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming getaway. We look forward to returning again soon.
