The house was big enough for my kids and their families. The location is beautiful and worth it. The hot tub was fantastic and warms very nicely. There’s a few things that need updating. Smoke detector is missing off ceiling on the first floor, several chairs have legs that are wobbly and not safe, The floor by the door in the mudroom feels as though it is going to cave in. That being said the location and affordability are awesome and like others have mentioned upgrading a lot of the features would be very beneficial. ##### Amy Y. The cleaning crew did a great job and we found everything clean and ready for us. On Thursday night the pipe under the kitchen sink sprung a leak and the service crew was very responsive and arrived within 30 minutes, diagnosed and made the repair. There are 2 items that need to updated on the website description. 1-1 full sized refrigerator and 2 small refrigerators are listed. There are actually 2 full sized refrigerators. 2-I called and asked how we could access the dock and slip. I was told it was a community dock and we could drive and park in a community area for access. This is not accurate. A few things could make the house a 5 star: an AC unit in the loft as it was very hot, a dehumidifier in the basement as it always felt damp and the carpet smelled moldy, a deep cleaning and to remove old junk from closest which made them unusable. ##### Catherine H. This property is lovely and the layout is thoughtful, giving guests places to gather or pursue different activities. The owners have obviously given consideration to having people feel like welcome guests in their home with updates and many extras not typically found in a rental. We had a family gathering with people from 2-64 years old and it was perfect. Beautiful area as well. As mentioned by others, the driveway is steep but the guest parking at the top was a good option for some when there was a little snow. ##### Nancy a.
