"It was really special to experience a fisherman’s cottage in a genuine fishing village. Could not have been better than in the home of Cullen Skink. As you would imagine it’s very compact and very homely. It was lovely to listen to the ocean at night and see all the bird life. "We have stayed at this cottage several times and really love it. Its major selling point is its location, opposite the slip shore in Findochty a few steps away from a small beach, a green with benches and tables and amazing views - ships, boats and dolphins passing by regularly. The cottage itself is well equipped and comfortable with everything you need for a self catering stay. Beds are comfortable and shower is good. Findochty is a lovely peaceful, calm place, very friendly people and great if you enjoy walking. We will definitely be going back."
