Surrounded by the Australian bush and native wildlife, located just steps from the beach in the sleepy South Coast town of Culburra Beach. Please note that the house behind is under construction and the construction will be ongoing until middle/end of 2023. The Space: Inspired by its idyllic location, The Lull has been thoughtfully designed and personalised by Nerida Thorburn Design with luxurious fixtures and furnishings throughout, all chosen with your perfect coastal getaway in mind. The home provides an experience for all seasons, offering an elegant open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cosy snug. The Neighborhood: Culburra Beach is Perched on a peninsula and surrounded by a river, lake, ocean and national park, Culburra Beach offers a multitude of outdoor activities. The Lull is located in close proximity to the beach, river, lake, shops, cafes, and is also so close to some of the South Coast renowned attractions. There are endless options for day trips, from the white sands of Jervis Bay to the many wineries of the region the possibilities for your stay are endless. We live in a residential neighborhood, and we like to respect our Neighbours and ensure that we comply with the New South Wales regulations. We have a strict 10pm noise restrictions and we also have noise monitors in the house. Getting Around: There are endless options for day trips, from hundreds of pristine beaches to the many wineries of the region, the possibilities for your stay are endless. It is recommended that you use private transport throughout the Shoalhaven. There is limited access to public transport and the train service only runs to Bomaderry. Some options may include; Nowra taxi service, private bus, limousine service or car hire. Other Things to Note: NOISE POLICY: We want you to enjoy your stay! Just a reminder that we use noise monitors to maintain a peaceful environment. The location couldn’t be better: just a few steps from the beach, yet nicely sheltered by the dunes for privacy and comfort.The house itself is beautifully designed and exceptionally well thought out. Our children loved the separate entertainment room with its HDTV, while we appreciated the seamless layout and selection of relaxing spaces throughout. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need for cooking — from quality utensils and pans to lovely serving bowls and boards — and a well-stocked pantry. The set up for our dog was also a bonus with bowls and the fully enclosed garden. We really enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, with its mix of beautiful beaches, nature spots, and local amenities. The nearby café was a great bonus for our morning coffees. ##### Katherine O. The Lull is the perfect beach house in a whisper quiet location close to the beach. The Lull is beautifully and thoughtfully designed and furnished, and provisioned with everything you need for a beach holiday (there wasn’t a single thing we wanted for in the kitchen). We particularly loved the TV room complete with built-in lounge and the outer areas (fully fenced yard and ample outdoor seating by the barbecue).
