This elevated property provides the perfect vantage point for whale and dolphin watching from the upper deck. Surf enthusiasts can indulge in some of the South Coast's finest swells, while anglers can cast their lines directly from the beach.
This spacious accommodation sleeps up to 10 people across two levels and features a combination of indoor and outdoor living areas, making the most of its private location next to a reserve. The lounge, dining, and kitchen areas offer ocean views, and the large entertainment deck with a gas BBQ, lounges, and dining table allows for relaxed outdoor living.
Upstairs, three large bedrooms with built-in robes (two with ensuites) provide comfortable sleeping quarters. Downstairs, two bedrooms with twin beds share a large bathroom. The lower level also includes a living area with a TV, games, books, and a table tennis table, leading to another deck overlooking a spacious backyard lawn.
The well-equipped kitchen features an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, and ample cookware. Enjoy cooking with ocean views as your inspiration and savour your creations on the deck bathed in sunshine. Both living areas are equipped with flat-screen TVs.
A double lock-up garage and an additional off-street car space offer secure parking, with space available to store bikes and boards. We warmly welcome dogs inside the house (excluding furniture and beds), and the surrounding beaches provide leash-free access between 4:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited. (Applicable to NSW properties)
Privacy: This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy. Terms and Conditions: Detailed T&Cs apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. Please share the T&Cs with your other guests.
Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We offer a complimentary early check-in or late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us for a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.
Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.
Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
Schoolies: To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for “Schoolies” breaks/groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.
Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit.
For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/manager’s discretion.
Peace of Mind: For your added security we will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held held by us and not disbursed until after your departure.

Great location for whale watching from the veranda and easy access to the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very smart and the open plan kitchen was perfect for the nine of us who love to cook. Very enjoyable weekend
We booked this house and had nothing but rain on the weekend however staying indoors was not an issue with all great things we had in the house. Whether it was a board game or a game of table tennis we had plenty to donindoors and still had a great time despite the weather. The beds and rooms were all clean and comfy as well as a surplus of bathrooms that were all great and in working order. To sum up I will definitely be staying here in the near future
Great location- very good facilities to accommodate a big family and fantastic access to the beach. Need to watch for ticks as they were very prevalent.
We had a fantastic stay. When we arrived we immediately felt relaxed and at home. The house was beautifully maintained and cleaned. We loved the proximity to the beach and being surrounded by gardens and bush. There were many thoughtful touches throughout, like the DVD’s, games, and all the kitchen necessities provided. Would stay again!

The house was great but the neighbours next door partied Friday and Saturday night until 4-5am keeping everyone awake . and no amount of requesting them to turn it down elicited any response ..I even contacted the owner of the house next door who spoke to them to no avail.. I tried to contact the people who ultimately did the check in but they never responded .. which was unhelpful considering the amount of security scrutiny we were subjected to before check in .. ultimately the stay was an absolute disaster so I’m giving it a no star review
We had a great stay! The house had everything that we needed and offered plenty of space for our group of ten adults and a dog!
The location with direct access to the beach was perfect!
We were a multi generational group celebrating a lot of special events which will occur during 2021. The house and location were superb and met our every need. The house was so well equipped with everything you would possibly need for some great eating experiences. We had a couple of issues that occurred with check in and were very impressed with the team who responded quickly and were generous with a later checkout. We would love to come back to this exceptional property again. Many thanks.

A little disappointing
The location of the house was great, cleanliness was not and it needs to be updated. The interior and furniture is looking a little tired. 4pm check in turned into 6pm due to the cleaners running behind. We received a later checkout as a compromise.
Great house for groups/large families. The property had everything we needed and was really well stocked. Excellent for pets with a fully fenced yard and easy access to the beach. Would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but some of the towels needed replacing - the actual house was very clean and well maintained.
Aloha is an amazing house. It has a stunning aspect with sunshine and light all day. It is also quiet and private. The garden is fully fenced if you have a dog. It is well set up for teenagers with a separate downstairs.
We stayed here with the family, it was beautiful and the best spot in Culburra, right on the best part of the beach. Spacious, clean, new and perfect for families!
This house was a perfect place for our family Christmas gathering. We had a week here and everyone enjoyed this spacious and comfortable house. Really well appointed kitchen with plenty of large platters, glassware, crockery etc for our group of 10. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms all clean and new. The table tennis was used every day and the lawn was perfect for those games of backyard cricket.
Location is so easy for access to the beach. The view from the upper level of the house to the water was very pretty across the garden.
All in all a great spot for a holiday by the beach.
