Meu quarto não foi limpo por dois dias, cheiro de barata, sem papel higiênico, secador não funcionava. Fiquei num quarto que não foi o que eu paguei quando reservei, reclamei na recepção e me colocaram em outro que mesmo assim não era o que tinha pago. Estou insatisfeito e lesado.
