Large, private, back in paved RV lot for rent WITH private 40'x12' secured boat storage. Has concrete driveway and patio, shed for storage and metal gazebo with screens and drapes. Full hook up with Optic wired (NOT WIFI!) internet. No rear neigbors to contend with. Large open grass area between you and the next neighbor providing plenty of privacy. Pets welcome with breed limitations, 20' minimum self contained RV (no tents or popup trailers). Location couldnt be better, DIRECT GULF access 200 yards from a State operated boat ramp on a canal that runs 5 miles to the Gulf. Along this canal is a paved bike/walking trail with restrooms and covered seating gazebos. If you like nature, biking, hiking, fishing, boating, privacy and lots of community activities this is the place for you.
