"When booking from Expedia .. the App did not mention buying the food or beverages packages .. why not .. only got breakfast free.. it would of cost me and my family a cheaper deal for the food and drink .. consider asking in the app please .. thank you"

"The beach view was excellent! However, the staff was poor, I think mostly not trained well…. Upon checking, we received no information about the enmities of the property, or map, or even a card for our room keys, w the WiFi information on it. It seemed every question we asked the staff, they did not know, & to ask someone else. A late checkout cost was exorbitant The bartender had to look up how to make a Tanqueray and Tonic! Then needed help finalizing the bill for me. The next morning when I asked about the excursions on the chalkboard next to the reception desk, no one knew anything about them…. The staff was nice enough, but again, I think poorly trained, & not very helpful"

"The room was clean, staff was very polite and helpful. Minor maintenance repairs needed on cupboard sliding mechanism and shower door. Minor repairs being done on the older parts of the large compound, which is generally well maintained. Tennis court is being worked on to include Pickle ball lines"
