You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### 3BR Upgraded, Living Room, Kitchen, Fireplace

This upgraded condo offers 3 cozy bedrooms: a main bedroom with a queen bed, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a second guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. One bathroom features a shower stall, while the other includes a shower/tub combo. The kitchen has full-sized appliances, a toaster, a microwave, dishes, utensils, and basic cookware. Enjoy meals at the dining table for 8\. Relax in the living room with a fireplace and sofa bed. It is located in the tranquil East Lake Tansi community.  
  
Minimum Age is 18\. A security deposit is required at check-in and will be released pending room inspection(see "Price details" before you book).  
No Parties, No Pets, No Smoking.  
  
Guests enjoy additional amenities like BBQ grills, a sauna, and a locker room. Families will love our seasonal outdoor pool (June-September), playground, indoor game room with arcade games, pool tables, racquetball/wallyball courts, basketball courts, and shuffleboard! Nearby amenities include a restaurant within walking distance and a short drive to putt-putt golf.  
  
Enjoy all that the Golf Capital of Tennessee has to offer by playing the 10 well-designed and maintained courses in Cumberland County. Only 5 minutes away, you'll find the Bear Trace Golf Course at Cumberland Mountain State Park, designed by Jack Nicklaus.   
  
Whether you're fishing from the dock, hiking through the woods, hunting for waterfalls, or spotting wildlife, there's something here for everyone. Nestled in Cumberland County, Tennessee, the Hiawatha Resort is a peaceful oasis. Step back in time and connect with those you love while connecting with nature.

#### Nice for Tansi

We have visited Lake Tansi resorts for 30+ years and appreciate this updated three bedroom condo. However, the cleanliness was concerning - the toilet was only spot cleaned as evident by the dirty underside of the toilet seat and hair was left in the shower and on bed sheets. When I called to request maintenance for a slow drain and reported the cleaniness issues she apologized. Not much more they could do at that point. The maintenance crew was quick to help with a bath tub not draining and very friendly.
