As you step inside, a warm and inviting lounge/diner greets you, complete with ample comfortable seating and a crackling wood burner, creating an idyllic setting to relax and unwind. Proceed to the kitchen, a culinary haven with all the necessary tools to showcase your gastronomic skills, then gather everyone around the table, nestled by the comforting glow of a wood burner. The first floor houses a serene double bedroom, along with a stylish family bathroom. Ascend to the second floor to discover two additional bedrooms - a cosy twin and a delightful single. Outside, a rear courtyard awaits, and a seating area with a bench can be found at the front of the property, providing the perfect vantage point to relish the captivating sea views.
Enjoy invigorating beach walks, hone your surfing skills at the seafront surf school, or amble along the Grade II-listed pier for delectable dining options and captivating theatre performances - all conveniently situated within 400 metres of home. Alternatively, delve into the captivating exhibits at the RNLI Henry Blogg Museum, 0.5 miles away, or engage in a spirited game of adventure golf 150 metres from your doorstep. Head 3 miles inland to visit the National Trust’s Felbrigg Hall, a 15th-century mansion with lavish interiors, set in a vast estate with a lake and woodland, surrounded by the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
