Located in a historic residence, our eco-friendly accommodation offers a comfortable stay with two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Explore the beautiful Valsassina, just 20 minutes from Lake Como, and immerse yourself in outdoor activities, local cuisine and the extraordinary natural beauty of the area. The apartment, located on the ground floor, has a cozy double bedroom. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space. The recently renovated bathroom includes a modern shower and a washing machine for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals during your stay. A strong point of the apartment is the beautiful balcony with a panoramic view of the Grigna mountain and the town's main square. During the summer, the square comes alive with events for people of all ages, including entertainment for children, making the atmosphere even more lively and pleasant. The apartment is part of a small residence consisting of four residential units, for a total of 17 beds. The owners reside upstairs. We kindly ask our guests to respect the neighborhood, especially during the night hours, to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. The apartment is located on the ground floor: there are only a couple of steps to go down to the entrance. Please note that inside the apartment, at the entrance, there are two other steps.
