Customer service is impeccable. Our hostess took us to our cottage and was so pleasant and nice. This property is so close to main shopping district a the ocean. It is quiet. I wish they would serve pastries in the am.

We stay here every time we come to Carmel. It is wonderful with great breakfast and evening reception is excellent. They serve quality food and wine. The manager is the best.

The lobby and rooms are nice and it’s in a good location to get to downtown. The room was not ready until 45 minutes after check-in time which was annoying because it wasn’t crowded. The bar had good food. Overall a good place!
