Spacious home with full amenities, garden and free on road parking.   
  
Flexible accommodation for a group or family. There are 4 bedrooms with double and twin beds that can be made into doubles. There is also a sofa bed in the living room giving a total capacity of 8 if needed.  
  
The house is in a quiet cul de sac location with a garden and outside seating area.  
  
You have free fibre optic broadband as well as TV with Freeview.  
  
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A short walk to the town centre with the County Mall as well as cinema and leisure complex.  
  
The house is conveniently located about 5 minutes drive from Gatwick Airport and about 3 minutes from the M23 and Crawley station within walking distance with direct links to Brighton and London.

#### Lack of general maintenance

This was okay. But the house needs renovations and seemed to lack maintenance as well as the backyard. There were water leaks on the wall of the living room when someone was taking a shower in the bathroom of the 2nd floor. The ceiling light of this bathroom was not working, so we had to take our showerd in the morning, or while using a bedroom lamp. We had to contact the owner a few times at our arrival and he was very responsive and friendly.
