I could hear people banging on things in their rooms. There was also loud noise from outside, as well as someone upstairs arguing or talking after 1 a.m. It was hard for someone like me, who is a light sleeper, to get a good night’s sleep. I had breakfast at this hotel. Everything was disposable: plates, utensils, and even single-serving ketchup packets. The coffee was labeled “fair trade,” but it was served in disposable cups. I was not impressed.
